"We have a shopping center that was getting somewhat dated and wanted to update the look and some infrastructure. We contacted Gabe Torres owner of GT Construction. We gave him our ideas and budget. He worked with architects and engineers to bring us a plan. We approved the plan and GT Construction took care of all permits needed. The work started and we were kept informed all along the way. Regular meetings were held to make necessary changes and decisions as well as to go over the budget. We were kept up to date on issues and items that could effect the timing of the project. Items that were either old or needed updating were noted, addressed, and fixed. All in all we were very pleased at the conclusion of the project. The center had a more contemporary look and many problems found were fixed. We would be happy to use Gabe and GT Construction on other projects that would come up.
