To get started:
1. Call 801-361-6865. Gabe will help you figure out how much weight you'll need to prepay for and what the timing looks like for getting a bin to you.
2. Text your e-mail address to the same number. We will send you an invoice. You can pay with a credit card or your banking information. Checks also accepted but there will be a delay in waiting to make sure they clear the bank.
3. Once your invoice is paid, we will put you on the schedule for delivery and let you know when to expect your bin.
4. You can keep the bin up to two weeks. Let us know when you're ready for a pickup. If you need another bin, let us know and we'll invoice you for an additional bin. Once it is paid, we will swap out the bin for an empty one.
5. If your weight is at or under the amount paid for, you'll receive no other invoices from us. If your weight is above what you paid for, you'll receive an additional weight invoice that will need to be paid promptly.
Notes:
Please try to refrain from putting food or other smelly trash in your bin. If you do, make sure it is double bagged and doesn't leak.
No rocks, dirt, or concrete. Green waste is ok.
